JEAN UHRYN
It is with profound sadness, but also with grateful hearts for a long and full life, that we announce the peaceful passing of Jean Uhryn age 95.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Ken; daughter Linda (Rob) and her grandchildren Alexandria, Jacquelyn and Taylor. She will also be missed by her siblings Harry, Stanley (Terrie), Nettie (Harold), as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Jean was predeceased by her beloved husband Peter, her son James, her brother Edward and sister-in law Margaret.She will be lovingly remembered by her son Ken; daughter Linda (Rob) and her grandchildren Alexandria, Jacquelyn and Taylor. The family extends a sincere thank you to the healthcare team at Holy Family Home for the exceptional care and kindness shown to our mother.
Jean will be fondly remembered not only for her remarkable strength and courage, but for the qualities that made others feel safe, cared for, and genuinely valued. Her life leaves a lasting imprint of goodness on all who knew her.
A service will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
